Top 8 Passive-Aggressive Driver Actions

I am guilty of skipping a day of blogging, call it a sabbatical, slacking off, but I just couldn't find the motivation to post an entertaining photo. Submit your funny pictures (the link's in the upper right) and I will post your photo along with a word of thanks for your support.

While society is constantly dancing around a world full of political-correctness, frivolous litigation madness, and ever-increasing equality for all. Assertiveness and a hard-charging attitude has taken a back seat to sensitivity and consideration for others, but let's not forget that passive-aggressiveness is alive and well from leaving notes around the office to violating personal space in line at the grocery store. This phenomenon is now making its way into everyday driving. Perhaps it's the increased safety or electronic monitors incorporated into automotive designs or just the fact that the number of accidents has flat-lined over the past 10 years. Here are a few examples of automotive passive-aggressiveness:
1. Inching forward at a red light: It's always the impatient ones that then end up driving 10 miles per hour under the speed limit after the light changes.

2. Riding in someone's blind-spot: This one seems to be on the rise. Very dangerous especially when trying to maneuver around that fallen ladder in the middle of the lane.
3. Taking extra long after getting in car while one is waiting for your parking space: Studies show that people take an average of 11 seconds longer knowing someone wants to park in their spot. Remember this as the holidays are approaching.
4. Driving slow in fast lane: Happens way too often!

5. Driving while talking on mobile phone: In spite of laws against this in a handful of states, you can still spot these losers with the hand to the ear slowing down or braking for no apparent reason (maybe that's when the conversation gets juicy).
6. Speeding up/slowing down as cars cross into their path: Dangerous and stupid in the former example, these douchebags have nothing better to do.
7. Driving extra slow making a turn: Ever get stuck behind one of these people and barely make the light because they drive like they've got a load of watermelons stashed next to a cartonful of eggs?
8. Hugging lines: Whether it's at a stoplight or driving on the open road, nothing is worse than someone who doesn't understand boundaries especially when the lane's 12 feet wide and his/her car only occupies half that.
